About O'Sullivan Civil Engineering

O'Sullivan Civil Engineering Ltd operates as a contractor throughout London and England. Our main services are in Civil engineering, Reinforced concrete, Formwork, Basement construction, Groundwork and mini piling.

O'Sullivan Civil Engineering Ltd specialise in the sub structure and super structure. We are not a fit out contractor so we work closely with a number of construction companies, builders and private clients.

O'Sullivan Civil Engineering Ltd is Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) registered. We pride ourselves in the level of training we give to our employees and have a highly experienced and loyal workforce who all hold CSCS cards.

O'Sullivan Civil Engineering Ltd started out primarily as a groundwork contractor, moving into the construction of concrete frames and reinforced concrete basements in the middle of the 1990s. Towards the end of the 90s we were asked to do more and more basements incorporating both large commercial projects such as underground carparks, to residential new build and retro fitted basements under existing properties including swimming pools below ground.

Sustainability Statement:

Recycling - We seperate and recycle waste from all our sites.
Energy - We buy our electricity from Ecotricity whose power comes from British wind farms. We are fitting a Photovoltaic array to our office which will generate approximately 40% of our electricity.
On Site - Our site office and storage containers are run from PV arrays and wind turbines. We advise our clients when using a piled foundation to introduce a ground source heat solution and to consider a water harvesting storage unit where possible. We are investigating the use of a new ("Green") eco concrete, which uses less cement.
Transport - One of the company vehicles has been converted to LPG. We are also looking at electric vehicles.
