Basement Construction

We have over 25 years experience in basement construction and over 40 years in the construction industry OSCE use many different techniques for constructing basements from traditional underpinning through to various types of earth work support systems, for example piling, like CFA, Secant, contiguous and mini piling, steel sheet piling and king post earth work support systems. We like to, where we can, value engineer projects to ensure the best technique is used depending on the environment. Over the years we have become very experienced in working in wet environments. We’ve learned to understand the difficulties in constructing basements in areas with high water tables and underground rivers. Through our experience we know which dewatering system suits best and more importantly which water proofing system to use.
