O'Sullivan Civil Engineering is a specialist civil engineering and groundworks contractor based in London, working across prime residential, commercial and heritage projects throughout London and the South East. Founded by Frank O'Sullivan in 2000, we bring over 40 years of hands on construction experience to every project - from complex basement schemes in The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and other London Boroughs to large scale groundworks and RC structures in Surrey, Kent and Berkshire.

Complex basement structures for luxury residential, commercial and heritage buildings, including underpinning, earthwork support, waterproofing and RC works

Foundation works, excavation, drainage, earthworks and substructure for new build and refurbishment projects of all scales
